Una de las preocupaciones más serias que tenía era la
alimentación durante la expedición.
No soy vegetariano pero tolero poco los productos cárnicos.
Otro de los asuntos era el peso que,
aunque va en la canoa, no quise nunca que fuera excesivo.
En fin, esta empresa y estos muchachos aparecen con su
creativa oferta de comida deshidratada, con sabor venezolano y, ¡VOILAAAA!, me
resolvieron el asunto.
David hace un excelente trabajo y lleva a cabo una
iniciativa de esas que hacen mucha falta acá en mi país.
Con el encargo, llevo todo lo que conformará una dieta
adecuada, con poco peso y con una variedad
en la comida aceptable.
Creo haberles dicho que este proyecto es minimalista. Es un proyecto
de bajo presupuesto. Es así como deseo
llevarlo a cabo.
Esto tiene sus bondades y sus dificultades en estos momentos
económicos y políticos que se vive en mi país. Por eso agradezco el que haya aparecido. Mejor decir el que yo
haya descubierto a la gente de Gran D Jerky.
Y espero que durante toda esta primera fase del proyecto,
ellos estén allí con sus excelentes productos para hacernos la vida más fácil.

One of the most serious concern I had was about the food
during the expedition.
I am not totally vegetarian but I am not friend of some meat
products. Another issue was the weigth that I did not mean it was never
excesive.
In short, this company and these guys appear with their
cereative range of dehydrated food,
venezuelan flavor and , ¡Voilaaa! , they resolved me the problema.
David does an excellent job and perform an initiative of those we need in my country. With the food order I
will have everything to have a proper
diet.
I have said that “Rivers of Southamerica” is a minimalist Project.
It is a low budget Project.
This is an excellent initiative in my country now because we
are living an special economic and political situation.
I am glad for Gran D jerky and I hope to have their food in
the present phase and future phases of the Project.
